2. Accounts and sign-in

You must be 18 or over to create an account and place orders. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for providing accurate contact details. If you sign in with Google, your Google account is used only to authenticate you and link you to your Sanskriti account.

3. Orders

• Orders can be placed only while an order window is open.
• Your order is submitted through the website and a confirmation is shown on your order page.
• Product availability may change. We operate on a batch and pre-order model — stock is not held indefinitely.
• If we cannot fulfil part or all of your order, we will contact you to arrange a refund, adjustment, substitution, or cancellation.
• Where a specific product is unavailable due to supply constraints, we may substitute it with a comparable product of equal or greater value. Any price difference in your favour will be refunded.

4. Payment

• Payment instructions are shown on your authenticated order confirmation page.
• Your order is confirmed once payment is received before the order window closes.
• Please use the payment reference and bank details shown for your specific order. Payments without the correct reference may cause delays.
• Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically when the order window closes. We are not responsible for orders cancelled due to non-payment.

5. Collection and fulfilment

• You are responsible for collecting your order from your chosen pickup location during the published collection window.
• Collection slot details and pickup address are shown to signed-in customers on their order page.
• If you do not collect during the collection window, we may be unable to hold, re-ship, exchange, or refund your order. Uncollected orders are handled at our discretion.

6. Refunds, cancellations, and changes

Refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or order changes requested by customers are handled at Sanskriti Enterprise Ltd's discretion and may depend on order-window status, payment status, supplier commitments, whether goods have been allocated, and collection status. We will always aim to be fair.

Statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply where relevant. These terms do not affect those rights.

7. Product descriptions

We take care to describe products accurately. Images and descriptions are for illustration and may vary slightly from the product received. Food products are subject to natural variation in size, colour, and appearance.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website, attempt to access other customers' data, interfere with the security or operation of the service, submit false or misleading information, or use the service for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sanskriti Enterprise Ltd's liability to you in connection with your use of this website or any order shall not exceed the value of the goods ordered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We aim to keep the website available during ordering and collection windows, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Order windows, pickup locations, product ranges, and communications may change with operational needs.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the effective date shown above.
